I am a Diabetes Nurse Practitioner and Credentialled Diabetes Educator.
I support adults living with diabetes through comprehensive clinical assessment, personalised clinical support, education and treatment planning. My role is to help you better understand your diabetes, your treatment options and your ongoing care plan.
My approach is collaborative and practical. I take the time to understand your goals, your daily routine and what matters most to you, so that together we can build a diabetes plan that feels realistic, achievable and tailored to your needs.

Each appointment is a focused, unhurried conversation about your diabetes — what is working, what is not, and the next practical step.

What to know before you book
Telehealth may be suitable for some appointments, depending on your clinical needs and Medicare eligibility. For Medicare-rebated Nurse Practitioner telehealth services, patients generally need to have had an eligible face-to-face appointment in the previous 12 months, unless an exemption applies.

I welcome referrals for adults living with diabetes who may benefit from Nurse Practitioner support, diabetes education, treatment review, access to diabetes technology and collaborative care planning.
Following consultation, I can provide written correspondence outlining the consultation outcome, clinical recommendations and follow-up plan.
